Bio

Tina is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Life Coach, & Certified Culinary Nutrition Educator, Plant-Based. I began my journey into health after a stroke at the age of 39. Since then, I’ve been learning how to take care of myself at the highest level which includes eating a plant-based whole food diet. Since recovering, I have also become an avid runner and have run 10 half-marathons 1 marathon, and 6 Ragnars. Eating a plant-based whole food diet has kept me strong and healthy and I love to share this with the world.

To make this lifestyle easier to maintain, I teach meal planning and batch cooking to help you save time and money in the kitchen.​

This program is a full 7 months of suggested plant-based whole food meal plans, shopping lists, prep schedules, cookbooks and batch cooking recipes.

The meal plans are designed to have you cook once eat later, saving time and money in your kitchen.

The batch cooking recipes are freezer friendly meals to stock your fridge for busy days when you don’t have the time or energy to cook.

There is also a selection of nutrition education information for you to use.
