As a certified nutrition and wellness coach, Patrick helps people reach their personal nutritional goals through a better understanding of the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet. Focusing on their health, with an emphasis on living consciously, reducing stress and self-nurturing.

Services include nutrition and health coaching, nutrition education, meal plan recommendations, meal prep plans and instructions, health focused shopping lists, alternative recipe creation for clients with restrictive diets such as celiac, FODMAP diet and nut allergies.

Patrick has received health coach certification from American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the Nutritious Life Studio. He is also a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Natural Gourmet Institute and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Patrick a classically trained French chef has worked as a private chef for New York’s affluent families since 2002. With a strong focus on nutrition, he creates health focused and nutritionally dense meals according to each family member’s needs.
