Bio

I’m Missy, a certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach. My approach to plant based eating is a holistic one, not just about eating plant based whole foods, but feeding your mind, body and spirit too.

I’m a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories like Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, with everything in between, studying with a wide range of well-known physicians and health and wellness experts.

My education and life experiences have equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention, working to develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for my clients, improving their energy, balance, health, and happiness.
