Hello friend! I’m Lauren from WellElephant.com. I named my company Well Elephant because elephants are strong, beautiful herbivores supported by their community. You are too!

I became an inadvertent health advocate when I was diagnosed with advanced heart disease in 2015. Since then, I have reversed my heart disease (evidenced by the Cleveland Heart Lab panel – no inflammation, no oxidized LDL, no sign of disease), lost 20 pounds and have kept it off, and have aged in reverse by eating a low-fat, whole-food, plant-based diet. I’m here to help you do the same.

This way of eating halts or reverses western diseases: heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal issues, cancer, and prevents a myriad of age-related ailments.

I won’t just give you recipes; I will also give you tips and tricks for how not to feel deprived. You’ll get to eat more than you have in a long time without the guilt. You’ll get to eat carbs! You will feel better than you can imagine quickly. I want you to be healthy, vibrant, and glowing!
