Bio

My road to plant based living has been a long one!

At 15 years old I was diagnosed with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis and my life changed forever. I will admit to ignoring it for the first few years, but when I went to University I realized it was time to take control of my life and my health.

While completing a degree in health science I fell in love with nutrition. I started learning as much as I could about how I could use it to help my MS. I loved it so much that I decided to pursue a 2nd degree in Nutrition and Dietetic sciences. I studied literally every diet I could, looking for a way to heal my body. After completing my 2nd degree I pursued a certification in holistic nutrition with the Canadian School of Natural nutrition.

Long story short I studied health, wellness and nutrition for 10 long years. During these 10 years I discovered just how healing a plant based diet is.

In 2019 I had a stem cell transplant to help my MS and I am proud to say that I bounced back faster than any doctor expected and even they credited my recovery with my diet!

A plant based lifestyle saved my life and now I use everything I have learned to help people find a plant based lifestyle that works for them.

It doesn’t matter if you are new to the plant world or an old friend, I am here to help. I have devoted my life to helping people learn how to go plant based the right away and to make sure they don’t miss any of their favorite foods.
