I’m Barrett! Personal trainer, nutrition coach, weight loss specialist, and vegan! I work virtually, through zoom, and create health and fitness programs to fit busy lifestyles. I strive to apply the same principles I’ve used on my weight loss journey, losing 60 pounds while working 60 hour weeks, to make yours a bit easier. When I’m not coaching or working out, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, watching movies, or playing board games.

As a vegan, I know transitioning to plant-based nutrition can be intimidating, but it can also be super fun! What I enjoyed most about my transition was discovering new recipes and foods. I encourage all of my clients to get excited about having a new food adventure.
