If some people in your house don’t follow a plant-based diet, you don’t need to make two dinners every night. Making pasta dishes, chilis, a noodle dish, or something similar is a good way to go. Make the base sauce first, then separate into another pan. Add a vegan protein (tofu or tempeh) to one and add the meat or alternate protein to the other. Bon appetit!
